338 Coolidge Update

Well the hole has been dug and the foundation is not complete. Framing to begin in a week or two. Again, all the trees will remain at this point. There is a chance one may be lost, but the Builder is hoping to keep them all.

New Construction - Hillview and Coolidge

Well, the hole has been dug for House 1 of 2. Andersen Enterprises is a local builder and will be in charge of the project. Clint Andersen is actually a local product having attended West Chicago Community High School back in the 1980's.

Clint is trying to keep all the mature trees intact. So far, only a few small saplings have been removed from the lot. Keep in tune for more information.
