Well, it looks like we still have a way to go yet. Real Estate prices are still falling, but homes are selling everyday. The good homes sell fast. If you haven't updated your home in the last 5 to 10 years, you will have a difficult time in today's market. In order to get the best return on your investment (Your Home), you need to keep it up to today's standards.
